Consent to Share Personal Information with Partner Centers
LightWeight Inc. (the "Company") shares your personal information with a Partner Center (such as a gym, rehabilitation facility, or clinic) only when you choose to link your account to that Partner Center. This consent explains what is shared, with whom, and how you can stop it.
What we share

| Information shared | Name, photo, member number, nickname, gender, height, weight, date of birth, mobile phone number, self-tracked records (such as body measurements and other entries you log yourself), workout records ("Workout Data" as defined in the Terms of Service), workout plans, and Digital Exercise Equipment usage records |
| Recipients' retention period | Until you unlink your account from that Partner Center, withdraw this consent, or close your account, whichever comes first, unless a longer period is required by applicable law |
When sharing actually happens
- This consent is an advance consent collected at sign-up. It explains the structure and scope of sharing in advance. This consent alone does not share your personal information with any Partner Center.
- Your information is actually shared only when you choose to link your account to a specific Partner Center in the app and give a separate, specific consent that names that Partner Center. Sharing continues only while the link remains active.
- If you never link your account to a Partner Center, the Company does not share your personal information with any Partner Center.
- Sharing under this consent happens at your direction so that the Partner Center you chose can serve you. It is not a sale of personal information, and the Company does not sell your personal information.
Withdrawing your consent
- You can unlink your account from a Partner Center at any time, or ask the Company to stop the sharing through any method the Company designates.
- When you unlink or close your account, the Company takes the steps needed so that your information is no longer displayed to that Partner Center and its trainers.
- Information that was lawfully shared before your withdrawal may be retained by the Partner Center or the Company only where applicable law requires it.
If you decline
- You may decline this consent. However, because linking your account to a Partner Center is a core part of the Service, declining will restrict sign-up and use of the Service.
