LightWeight Inc. (the "Company") would like to send you promotional messages as described below. This consent is optional.
What you are agreeing to receive

This consent covers promotional messages sent by app push notification only. If the Company later wishes to send marketing by email, text message (SMS), or other channels, it will first obtain your separate consent as required by applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for text messages.
Declining or withdrawing
- Declining this consent does not restrict your use of the Service. You will simply not receive announcements of offers and benefits.
- You can withdraw this consent at any time in the app (My tab > Notification Settings). Temporary Members can withdraw by contacting customer support or through any other method the Company designates.
- You can also turn off push notifications entirely in your device settings.
Please note
- Service and account messages needed to perform our contract with you (service announcements, security alerts, and notices of changes to terms or policies) are sent regardless of this consent.
- When the Company delivers advertising on behalf of a third party, the Company does not give your personal information to the advertiser.
- The Company's use of your data to select personalized offers and ads is covered by the separate Personalized Advertising Consent.
